About the Inspector

Troy Bradley

Troy founded Bradley Home Inspections in the spring of 1998 and has been a fixture of the North State home-buying community ever since. A Simpson University alumnus with deep roots in the Redding and Cottonwood area, he brings a hands-on general construction background — with an emphasis in plumbing and electrical — to every inspection.

As an active member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI #257224), Troy completes continuing-education coursework every year, so your inspection reflects current standards and a trained eye for the things that matter most.
